Before founding PBSDF, I was privileged to experience football as a player and to represent the Philippine National Football Team. Football opened doors in my life, gave me opportunities and helped me build a better future. Today, through PBSDF, I want to give back to young people what football once gave to me: hope, direction and the possibility of a better life.

When I founded PBSDF in 2016, it began with a simple but deeply personal belief: every child deserves the opportunity to dream, to grow and to build a better future.

Through football, we provide young Filipino athletes with professional training, guidance and a supportive environment where they can develop their talent, character, discipline and resilience. However, our mission goes far beyond the football field. Education remains an essential part of every athlete’s journey, because sporting ability must be supported by knowledge, personal values and academic opportunity.

We also care about the health and daily well-being of our young athletes. Through appropriate nutritional and vitamin support, we aim to help them maintain the energy they need both for their studies and for the physical demands of training and competition.

For those who demonstrate the talent, commitment and readiness to progress further, we work to create pathways toward national and international opportunities, including the possibility of continuing their football development in Europe.

Above all, our purpose is to give every young person who joins PBSDF a genuine opportunity for a better life. Our greatest achievement will not simply be the players we develop, but the responsible, educated and confident young people they become.
